Stylist, Press & Creator Collaboration Policy

AMSCHELA is a 100% made-to-order brand. Every piece is produced specifically for each customer or project, and we hold only a small in-house press wardrobe.

For that reason, we no longer operate a traditional “send free product and hope it comes back” system. All stylist, press and creator requests are handled via purchase at a preferential rate or structured loans from our limited press wardrobe.

1. Production & Lead Times

Because we are made to order, we work to fixed production windows:

Made in UK
- Production time: approx. 2–3 working days after payment
- Customer delivery promise: 5–7 working days
- For stylists/press: we require a minimum of 14 days’ notice before the shoot or event date.
Made in USA
- Production time: approx. 7–12 working days after payment
- Customer delivery promise: 7–12 working days
- For stylists/press: we require a minimum of 28 days’ notice before the shoot or event date.

Requests that do not meet these lead times are unlikely to be accepted. As a made-to-order house, each piece is created specifically for your request and we cannot guarantee last-minute pulls or rush orders.

2. Default Model – Stylist & Creator Purchase

Our default collaboration model is purchase, not loan.

Stylists, influencers and creators are invited to purchase pieces at a Stylist/Creator Rate.
Stylist/Creator Rate:
- 30% off current RRP (you pay 70% of RRP, plus shipping).
Pieces are made to order for you and are yours to keep after the shoot, subject to our standard customer terms.
In return, we kindly request:
- Clear crediting as “AMSCHELA®” in published features where possible.
- Permission (where agreed) to repost selected content on AMSCHELA channels with appropriate credit.

This is our primary route for most styling and creator requests.

3. Limited Editorial Loans from Press Wardrobe

For select, confirmed editorial projects (print or reputable digital outlets), we may loan items from our small in-house press wardrobe (pieces we already hold physically – not new made-to-order stock).

Editorial Loan Terms:

Refundable Deposit:
- A deposit equal to 100% of the current RRP per item is payable before dispatch.
Loan Period:
- Standard loan period is 5–7 working days from receipt, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Return Condition:
- Items must be returned in original condition with dust bags and tags (where applicable).
Fees on Return:
- On safe return, the deposit is refunded minus:
  - Outbound and return shipping costs; and
  - A flat £20 handling/restocking fee per order.
Loss, Damage or Late Return:
- If items are not returned, returned late without prior agreement, or returned damaged or heavily worn, the deposit is retained in full and the pieces are considered sold.

We reserve the right to approve editorial loans at our discretion and to limit quantities according to what is available in the press wardrobe.

4. Commercial Shoots & Campaigns

For commercial projects (brand campaigns, advertising, music videos or other paid productions):

We typically offer one of the following:

Outright Purchase at Commercial Rate
- For production/brand clients purchasing for ongoing wardrobe use, we can offer up to 40% off RRP (you pay 60% of RRP, plus shipping), subject to project details and volumes.
Rental from Press Wardrobe
- Where appropriate stock is available, we may quote:
  - A rental fee from 20% of RRP per week, plus
  - A 100% RRP refundable deposit per item.
- Standard loan conditions (condition, handling fee, loss/damage) apply as in Section 3.

Use of any campaign imagery featuring AMSCHELA on our own channels will be subject to a separate content usage agreement where required.

5. Influencers & Content Creators

We do not operate a traditional free gifting programme.

We work with creators through structured, transparent arrangements:

Creator Purchase (Standard Option)
- You purchase your chosen piece at the Stylist/Creator Rate (30% off RRP).
- We may support via reposts, features and, where appropriate, future affiliate opportunities.
Paid UGC / Content Creation
- We brief you on required assets (e.g. Reels, styling videos, stills).
- You receive:
  - An agreed content fee; and
  - Product either purchased at the Creator Rate or incorporated within the fee.
- Content usage rights (where, how long and on which platforms we can use your content) are agreed in writing before work begins.
Affiliate / Commission Partnerships
- You purchase or already own an AMSCHELA piece.
- We provide a unique code or link.
- Commission: starting from 10% of net sales generated via your code/link (exact rate confirmed per campaign).

We do not generally provide product “for exposure only” without a clear structure and agreed value on both sides.

6. How to Request a Collaboration or Pull

For all stylist, press or creator enquiries, please email:

Your name and role (stylist, editor, brand, creator)
Project type (editorial, commercial, UGC, affiliate)
Publication/client and expected publication date (if applicable)
Shoot or campaign date
Which pieces you are interested in (style, colour, quantity)
Whether you are enquiring about:
- Purchase at the Stylist/Creator Rate; or
- Editorial loan from our press wardrobe; or
- Paid UGC / affiliate collaboration

We will review availability, timelines and fit with our brand and respond with the appropriate rate and structure.
